“I was a little bit sceptical about this tuner as i have 2 but i decided to buy it and must admit it has surpassed all expectations. It is much more responsive than my other clip on tuners. Well worth the money, thoroughly recommended”

“I recently bought rosin and a beautiful mahogany finish shoulder rest. Both products arrived together, on time and were packed nicely in a little box. I am very happy with everything. I also have to add that Bass Bags have excellent customer service and are easy to deal with.”

“Very satisfactory - good strong highly protective case. Wished I'd ordered one with wheels but the many handles are a great help. A means of carrying the bass on the back, rucksack style, would be a bonus.”

“Very knowledgeable about the double bass pick-up I purchased. I ordered it in time for rehearsals but it didn't arrive. On chasing it up it was explained that the order from the German supplier/manufacturer had not materialised and was being pursued. It would have been helpful if an "out of stock" note was on the website and if I had also been told about this when I rang to place the order so I could have immediately chosen another model rather than do it a week later and only receive the item on the day of the first performance. All sorted in the end though!”

“From initail phone call to order arriving, I cant praise the service provided by David and his staff more. Very knowledgable, happy to spend as long as necessary discussing your requirements (he even phoned ME back!) and nothing too much trouble. Good old fashioned serviced delivered with a smile. “I'm very happy with the case which is good quality and a perfect fit. Really appreciated the measurements on the website for sizing as often there aren't any and you just have to guess. Prompt delivery as well!”
