“Even though this bag is little too big for my bass sax, this is very well made, tough and light. I'm quite satisfied. One thing I concern is the direction of the zip. Because in case you don't zip completely to the end, the instrument might fall out from the bag when you hold it standing. I think it's better to make the direction of the zip toward the top instead. Or double zip might be a solution.”

“I give the product 5*, but not the service. I sent my order on 22 August, and the case eventually arrived om September 10th, several days after a gig for which I particularly needed it. But I received an explanation and apology, so I forgive you all. I hate software too.”
