“The personal service here is excellent. I once had a problem with some bag straps so replacements were posted out to me immediately. I also had a problem with a music stand, and although I was offered collection/replacement the next day (which was very impressive) this wasn't convenient for me - so a full refund was granted instead. Thanks guys, I feel I'll always be able to approach you for goods, advice etc., and will definitely use you again.”
