“I found the selecting of items very easy, which surprised me as I'm not the greatest on the interwebthingy. Technically the website looked weird, but maybe because I work on a mac, and it actually was very easy to use. Lovely amount of items - I wished there was a little more choice at the time, but on reflection, I found what I hope will be nice variety of gifts.”

“I have elderly relatives in UK so I am often looking for a basket with small quantities of treats - things they would not normally be able to afford on their pension. You might consider a small bottle of wine for one person, 100gm packets of cheese, salmon, ham etc and multiple small jars of jam, chutney, nice sauces together with small quantities of biscuits, crackers and chocolate. I was quite pleased with the contents of the basket I ordered as there was a reasonable variety of both sweet and savoury.”

“First time user . Came across website on google search. Found site easy to navigate and some great packages. I purchased a small girt basket for a baby shower mum to be . Not delivered yet so can't comment on product. But would probably use again.”

“The product are really good and it was send on the day I wanted it to be deliver however I did have some problems with the payment but when I rang in everything was sorted out. Overall everything was fine and I will be ordering more products from here”

“I appreciated the range and variety of products available as well as the price ranges. Also, ordering was easy and straightforward. My suggestion is that your website be made more prominent for users in USA and elsewhere with an option to convert to the local currency. Other than that, your service is great and very much needed.”

“My friend was thrilled with the hamper, unfortunately it was left at the hospital reception and on the Saturday morning and did not make it to the ward until Monday, when she had gone home....hospitals fault, but she did get it eventually. I do miss the 'make your own hamper idea, I used to use it a lot and find the range a little limited now, but overall still the best service out there and, as I said, my friend was really cheered up.”

“Shame we couldn't use our Master card but overall the site was pretty easy to use. We are hoping the hamper can be delivered as close to (before) the 22nd March as our elderly parents don't live together as one of them is in a nursing home and the other will have to deliver the gift so they can share it on the Ruby Anniversary on the 22nd. Many thanks in anticipation of good feedback from the recipients.”

“Nice easy site to navigate around.I really wanted red wine and chocolate assortment for my dad's birthday but couldn't find the right combination.The delivery is not until feb 16th so I am sure he will report how nice his gift is!”

“I live in Australia but used BasketsGalore to buy a large gift basket for my nephew living in London. I found the online experience good and the delivery process went very well (unlike the experience I have sending gifts to the USA). My only disappointment was that I found the selection of baskets rather limited in terms of variety and quality of goods. Perhaps due to it being Christmas, but many of the hampers included traditional English Christmas goods (like mince tarts etc) with little options for a broader selection of other more gourmet or continental type goods. I would definitely consider using BasketsGalore again if their selection at times other than Christmas provides a better selection of such options.”

“Our parents in the UK have always enjoyed getting their hamper each holiday season. We live in the US and love being able to have a place that provides beautiful arrangements and on time delivery. I wish the payment page had a US money conversion chart, as I always spend way too much.”

“The hamper arrived on time and was packaged beautifully with a big xmas bow. The quality of the products inside appeared very good ( it was a gift so i didn't get to sample them) the only comment i would make is that i was asked to complete a gift message, which i did but i cant see that this was attached anywhere? ( unless its buried inside the hamper which i didn't want to rummage around in as it was a gift) overall though i would use you again. Thanks”

“Overall the experience was good. The only flaw was the Night line courier service misplaced the package, but this was resolved and the response from the Baskets Galore team was quick and helpful. I have not seen the contents of the hamper myself but the people who received it where very happy. Good job.”

“The order process was reasonably easy, however I needed to have 2 items shipped to 2 different addresses and I could not get it to take the second address. I called them and had to complete the order and them email them with instructions on where to send the second basket. Also as I was using a UK credit card and I live in the US I had a problem with verification of the card and had to call HSBC to get that completed so overall it took about 2 hours to get the order placed. When I called Baskets Galore they were very helpful, however they were busy and my issues were taking longer than they had liked.”
