“This is the second time that we will have used your service. Last year my family enjoyed receiving their baskets. I had difficulty using y credit card and had to use the "Chat with us" which advised that you were having trouble. The only problem with that is I had to re-enter the complete order, which sucks to have to do. Its great for us to be able to have your service available from Canada.”

“The site was easy to use and there was a thoughtful selection of items I would choose myself. I liked that they are delivered in reusable linen lined wicker baskets. Since we are live overseas it's great to have this service available so I can send all my love in a basket.”

“The website is well laid-out and easy to navigate. The available hampers were varied and good value. I was sending a package to a university student studying in London (we live in the US), so it would have been nice to have a choice of a "staples" of basic goods hamper as well as the more traditional gift hampers.”

“It was a great surprise for my husband to whom I sent the basket for his birthday. The basket contained some fruits and according to him, they were all juicy and fresh. He also said the biscuits and the birthday cake were really tasty, so he enjoyed them a lot. In spite of the delivery was made one day after the date we agreed from the first time, Basket Galore kept me informed about the delay and solved the problem as soon as they could. I must say, at the beginning I had some doubts especially about the delivery but they answered my emails and gave me solutions, so that’s why I decided to buy. Very kind and reliable people! :)”

“Really easy service to use! Was pleased that I could create my own hamper depending on my budget. Only thing I would say is that some items seemed a bit pricey, but then there was plenty of others to chose from so wasn't a problem! Definitely be ordering from here again :)”

“The build your own hamper is a great gift idea and would recommend this website to anyone thinking of creating one for a gift. The selection of items are a really good price, we use this for our company get well hampers so perhaps would like to see a more generic collection of 'entertain gifts' or 'gifts for him' but overall the selection is good!”

“Dear Baskets Galore, Loved your web page design and for ease of use, and also the selections offered, however, I felt your Get Well gift baskets were lacking in offering anything for the customer who doesn't drink, has diabetes and can't eat sweets or anything with sugar or too much salt. I would really like to see more choice for this category. Thank you, Annie Bonner.”

Hi Annie, Thanks so much for your comments. I noticed you placed an order on one of our sister sites and so perhaps our full range of get well gift baskets were not on offer. We also offer fruit only get well gifts, ones with cheese & crackers and also pamper or puzzle themed ones, but I will certainly pass your comments on to see if we could offer more non-sweet themed ones.
