“Although I did not see the hamper itself it was sent as a birthday present to my elderly father. He told me the hamper was great and he really enjoyed it's contents. It arrived on time and in my opinion was well priced.”

“Great service. Ordered it from Ireland and it was delivered in the uk the next day. It was for a friend who suffered a loss, to let her know her friends were thinking of her. She really appreciated it.”

“The basket I ordered, looked amazing when it was finally delivered a day late! We requested standard next day delivery but the delivery driver couldn't find our property. The driver didn't contact us to ensure the delivery was made on the right day but instead went back to the depot. I had to chase and give exact directions for the delivery to be made. It was arranged the driver would deliver first thing next day but the parcel still did not arrive until lunchtime. Not happy”

Hi Debbie, thank you for your comments. We're happy to hear you liked the gift basket, but were sorry to read about the delivery delay. Unfortunately, as you say, the DHL driver had difficulty locating the address. They would normally try to phone for directions or ask their local depot to call, but I can see he/she scanned "address info needed" after 4pm when the office the delivery was going to had closed & so no-one would have answered. We apologise if you had to chase the delivery up. We do track all our deliveries on a daily basis & step in to help in cases like this, so please just let us know if you ever need assistance and we are happy to help. “I had ordered a Bountiful Thank You basket for delivery to the team who had looked after my late father during his stay in a nursing home. The basket was well received and I was pleased that all 12 members of the team were able to select various individual 'goodies' from the contents.”

“Tried a North American based 'worldwide' hamper delivery service and had nothing but issues. They even wanted me to send a copy of a bank statement as verification before processing the order, depite having an excellent credit rating. With BasketsGalore not only was the price more reasonable for a similar range of product but the delivery was made to my aunt in North East England within a couple of days with no issues whatsoever. Would use again.”

“Delivery arrived on the day selected. Although I ordered a fruit basket this is was a congratulations on your baby boy gift and was only stated in the message box. The complimentary gift card was selected by baskets galore accordingly which was a nice touch. :)”
