We had to send a gift for the arrival of twins; they were accommodating to our particular requests. They used organic products and it was beautifully presented. It was so well received that even members of the board were shown photos and have now made me chief present buyer for the company (it's a large global company).

I had a perfect first shopping experience with BasketsGalore. I was ordering a gift (from abroad) for a friend in the UK and although initially I had some difficulties completing the payment, the BasketsGalore team were extremely helpful and responsive, and quickly helped me solve the issue. My gift basket arrived promptly and was received with delight, so I wholeheartedly recommend the company and their impeccable service.

I didn't appreciate that your online order webpage DID NOT inform your customers that your shop would be closed throughout the entire Easter weekend. Upon surfing the internet I chose your store to order an Easter basket for my 8 year old grandson. He's very disappointed that he couldn't have his Easter basket for Easter Sunday. Your online webpage should alert customers of your holiday closings, giving us the opportunity to shop else where. What's the use of receiving an Easter Basket after the holiday is over. I truly believe this is poor customer advertisement and service!! I also feel I should receive a discount of more than a mere 2 pounds .50 pence. Your business have lost me as a future customer.

Dear Jameela, I am very sorry that your order could not be delivered until after Easter. This is because the courier companies here in the UK close on Good Friday and Easter Monday for an extended Easter holiday period. When you placed your order on Good Friday at 5pm GMT the calendar at checkout would have given the next delivery date that was available. This was displayed before you proceeded to the payment section. You can see the delivery date on your automated order confirmation. What we have done is included a little note to your Grandson explaining that it was your intention for the gift to arrive in time for Easter. We hope this goes a little way to making it for the disappointment caused. Kind Regards, BG Team

The Easter Basket was ordered from Australia for our daughter and family in London. We have used Baskets Galore previously and trust them to send an honest basket. that was delivered on the promised day. Our London family loved the contents of the basket.

I ordered a basket on line from Australia for our daughter in London. excellent communication without a word spoken. every stage of process was communicated by email. my daughter received her basket within the stated time. she was thrilled with the wonderful selection she received. Great value with great products included. I would recommend this service to anyone. such an easy process with so many choices. well done.

I have used Baskets Galore a couple of times now for staff gifts. Great selection of pre-packaged gifts, but also easy to make your own. Staff on hand online to chat you through options and ideas and fast delivery. I will conntinue to use Baskets Galore - thank you!

Having written a bad review on the 12th of april for baskets galore , two items were missing from my basket which i was unhappy about because this had to be sent that day, I emailed them straight away, and they emailed me back to apologise and sent another hamper out which came the very next day they sent the same hamper and also another extra hamper with allsorts of goodies in and a hand written letter to apologise for their mistake, they also told me i could keep the first hamper that they had sent with their compliments. I have never encountered such excellent customer service from this company and would use it again and recommend them to my friends,so i have now changed my review of these and feel abit bad for writing a bad review about them .Well Done Basket Galore.

A member of our Customer Services team was just replying to apologise for the packaging error, as the balloon is the last item to be added into the delivery carton. Available to chat and trouble shoot over finding a luxury basket that had no meat products (most of the luxury baskets have ham/pate). The live chat function worked really well and people were instantly available to help. Thank you.
