“I have just ordered 2 hampers to be delivered in the UK for Xmas gifts. I found the ordering process much easier than other sites I have used and I will be ordering further Xmas gifts for family for Christmas”

“I liked the detailed layout of the hampers. I was looking for something with a lot of Irish products as a gift for my parents and found a suitable one from the choices offered. Also being able to make my purchase from NZ were I lived was brilliant. If I could make one suggestion it would be to have some more simpler hampers with less artisan products as older people have simpler tastes and without the wicker style hamper instead a disposal cardboard box or make it optional, there's only so many wicker hampers one should have????. Maybe a wicker effect cardboard box, it would also be more environmentally friendly. Good luck.”

“My friend and her husband were thrilled with their hamper for their new baby boy, which also included a gift for their daughter "the big sister". And the hamper was delivered less than 2 days after I ordered it (standard delivery). I will definitely use baskets galore again - I love the fact that the hampers can be personalised with ease, delivering maximum happiness!”

“I had looked at other sites for this type of gift and they were all too confusing. Your site offers a wider range of good and was easy to follow basic instructions. It also gave a very good description of the contents without wondering what's in it and what's not. A great variety. Thank you”

“Although I didn't see the basket myself as it was a gift, the care home said it was really lovely and were very grateful so it fulfilled it's objective! I think the Hampshire Basket was just right for sharing between 3 or 4 people. Many thanks”

“I just wanted to make the effort to come on here and tell you how unbelievably satisfied I am with your service. I live in France and wanted to send something to my best friend in the UK. The choice was incredible. Just incredible. In the end I spent about £250 and it was so so so so so worth it. The package arrived in pristine condition, it looked absolutely wonderful (I was shown photos) and the food was apparently delicious. I am so overwhelmed by everything and I really thank you and your team for your help. I asked for a few special requests and these were met without any problem. Really, thank you for making his birthday so special. From the Top gear magazine, to newly released DVDs, to delicious cuts of meat, to mouthwatering cakes, to toy helicopters and brain teasers, to honey and other bits and bobs, not to mention an actual birthday cake. What a wonderful gift. I think the only tiny thing I would say is that I couldn't find just a normal blank birthday card to put a message in. But just a wonderful service overall. Thank you Alison”

“Your service has been amazing. I placed an order via internet from Canada, so we have an 8 hour time difference. We had a situation where a close friend's little boy was in hospital, supposed to come out the day the basket was to be delivered, the hospital kept him in longer, so Roma was able to reroute the basket to the hospital for the following day (yesterday) and then, we found out that day that he had been transferred to another hospital for surgery, so Roma came to the rescue again, and was able to re route the basket back to our friend's home address where we hope it will arrive today. I appreciate all the help and consideration at this difficult time and being kept up to date by e-mail. I will most certainly recommend your company and please thank Roma for being so patient and doing such a good job for us. I can't comment on the quality of the actual basket yet, as I won't see it .
