“I live in the USA and have family in Scotland. It was important to find a website I could rely on and Baskets Galore has been great. I have never had to wait long for any replies to the many emails I have sent them. This is my 2nd order and each time My Aunt is so happy with the freshness of the fruit and the lovely presentation of the basket. “Am amazing array of choices with excellent quality in each basket. Ordering was very easy with my Visa Debit card. Now I just have to hope that the date I entered was interpreted as the desired delivery date, not the shipping date. Thanks for making it so easy to send a gift for a 90th birthday!”

“A fantastic company to deal with. Your customer service is impeccable. I ordered a relatively small amount of items but wanted them to be presented in a nice, big hamper as part of the surprise. I received a call about an hour after I placed the order just to make sure I wanted to go ahead with that size. I also had an excellent experience using the website chat feature. Again, an incredibly helpful member of the team was able to deal with my enquiry quickly and easily. A high-quality hamper delivered in less than 24 hrs to a very happy recipient. I will definitely use you again. Thank you!!!”

“Ordered as a gift for a colleagues child. Arrived quickly and very well presented. We are all very pleased with the hamper. An excellent range available to be able to create your own basket from cuddly toys to books - much better than other children's hampers available which mainly contain sweets. Will definitely use again. 10/10”

“I was not able to place my order directly over the website as it wouldn't quote for postage to Jersey. I logged on to your live chat site and spoke to Chloe who was very helpful and called me to place the order via the phone.”

“My god daughter was so delighted and happy with the gorgeous basket of goodies delivered expediently to hospital while she was recovering from surgery. The fruit and flowers were fresh and the variety of snacks absolutely delicious.”

“I had no problem using your website, it was easy. I have struggled to find a family hamper which I would like to include party games, xmas crackers etc, things for the kids and adults. I had one from Lakeland last year but they haven't done it this year. If you consider this for next year I will keep you in mind. Thanks”

“I haven't heard from my Aunt who received the hamper - but from my perspective - the selection was fine, the ordering process not too arduous and the delivery speed was faster than I expected - infact we ended up being 1 week before her birthday but I was being perhaps a bit over cautious. Thanks - would consider using again when a hamper fits the person”

“It is always a difficult situation when family gatherings are compromised by distance. In our case a dearly loved Nephew (to my 90 year old Dad) and my cousin, passed quite suddenly. It was not easy to find a way of communicating with the Scots family how sorrow at their loss. I found online solution through-Baskets Galore', as I did not want to just send flowers. I wanted a lovely gift to my cousins wife, to paper her. I ordered the 'Golden Touch' basket of loving pampering. We were contacted and found that the gift was very beautiful and extremely well received. “The option to choose and fill a basket was ideal for the type of gift I wanted to send. Customer service was prompt and helpful as I had a quick question I needed answering before I could finish my order. Being able to track and get realtime notifications on my order and shipment was another plus, as I am in the US. All the items were arranged and presented beautifully, my friend loved her gift.”
