I didn't know what to expect as I had never ordered a hamper before. I need not have worried because everything went according to plan. That is to say, my orders (only one week before Christmas) were confirmed by you and the hampers arrived on the day you said they would. They were well packed in a cardboard box and looked handsome when revealed. The contents was as described and much appreciated by all 5 recipients. I was one of them and my wife and enjoy fishing out the goodies which are well selected and of good quality. In other words, thorough satisfaction experienced by everyone, and should there be another occasion (I am in my 94th year!) I will most certainly come back to you. Peter Carpenter

I live in australia and really appreciated how easy and straight forward it was to organise for a basket to be delivered to my nan and granddad in the UK for Christmas. It was a little bit pricey but well worth it as they loved it. My only complaint is that there was an option to put a card in with a personalised message which I selected, but it wasn't put in the basket meaning that my nan and granddad had no idea who the basket was from ( I wanted it to be a surprise and didn't want to ruin it by asking them if they had recieved it). All in all though I would definitely use your service again, so thank you :)

Hi Lauren, Thank you very much for your feedback. We're sorry to hear your grandparents were unsure who the gift was from. During December the gift card is attached to the outside of the delivery box and is marked in green. The recipients simply peel this back to reveal their message. We take great care to include a message with each gift as it is of course a vital part of the process. Do you happen to know if this green card was missing please and we will of course investigate with the delivery company? Or perhaps it was just missed in the eagerness to open the box. Our gifts are also delivered in branded boxes so as the recipients can contact us with any queries. From Jan-Nov the gift message is located inside the box in a white envelope. Was very pleased to be able to obtain a very much value for money, last minute gift, (Christmas eve!) to send to an on the move son, overseas. Considered the more prestigious grocers but decided that the contents for loved ones spending Christmas away from home were more important than the label! Very impressed with the speedy service and delivery! Thank you very much to a hard working team!

I had a great experience with Baskets Galore. Earlier this year I wanted to send a basket to my mom who is now living in the UK. I am living in the Caribbean. I searched online and found this great company that, even though there is such a difference in time zones, were always on-point with the communication and responded to all my questions almost immediately. January 1st is my grandma's birthday. I submitted an order for a nice bday gift basket for my grandma online on Dec 29th. By the next day, I received communication that my order was sent for delivery. After a few hours, my grandma called with such excitement and surprise to let me know she'd received it and how great it was! I must say how I've been extremely pleased with Baskets Galore, and I will most definitely be purchasing from them in the future! Great job guys.....of all the other gift stores I found online, I'm really happy I chose yours! All the best for the New Year!

Easy to follow website. Quick delivery with lovely packaging. Good quality products. Was disappointed with one product- feedback emailed to company. I was visiting Ireland so gave my English contact mobile but was told delivery man in cork won't call an English mobile need to supply Irish number to confirm delivery?? Not sure what would happen if u had no Irish phone number.

It's the second time I'm using its services and the recipient has always been delighted by what was delivered. I usually order a basket to a special family just before the new year and I've never had negative feedback on the items or delivery!

I sent a Gourmet Cheese and Wine hamper to a relative for Christmas and they were so pleased! They said it was wonderful - a lovely surprise, full of lovely products! And delivered next day - excellent service, thank you.

I do not generally like to buy online...but. I was very very impressed with the service provided buy Baskets galore. I easily tracked the hamper and it arrived less than 24 hours from when it was purchased . Not only that but when my sister received the gift she and the family were so happy. having left things a bit late for Christmas this year, wanting to send a "non-alcoholic" hamper to my elderly parents, I came across Baskets Galore, by chance, on Sunday 20 December. I used the on line chat to make sure I was in time for delivery and was advised I was and then it was just making a choice. The Artisan Fayre hamper was received in good time and I am advised was delicious. In all a very good service and I would not hesitate to use Baskets Galore again or recommend them. Many thanks.

The basket order was for delivery on 22 December. It was delivered 20 December WITHOUT ANY INDICATION OF WHO IT WAS FROM AND WITHOUT THE MESSAGE I HAD STIPULATED. As I ordered this from Australia for a delivery in LONDOn, the experience left me very unhappy and I had to get in touch with the recipient to find out if the basket had arrived as I had had no acknowledgement of its safe delivery. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE...

Dear Elizabeth. We are very sorry to learn of your disappointment. Your Basket was dispatched by ourselves on Friday 19th with an anticipated delivery date of 21st/22nd December. We are very sorry that the delivery company delivered it early on Sunday 20th, as the depot was running at maximum capacity. The gift card message is enclosed on a green gift card on the outer delivery carton beside the address label with "Gift Message Enclosed Here" text. We take great care to ensure that all our parcels have this attached. It may be possible that the recipient neglected to notice the card.
