“Thank you for prompt delivery. Looks good on the whole but the ribbon and bow look as though it had to be tied several times and as a result doesn't look new. Sellophane torn at the side. Will be passing to recipient tomorrow. Hope they don't think I have tied the bow.”

“The website is easy to navigate and the overview is excellent. My order was delivered exactly on time and I was always informed of each step in the ongoing delivery process. I assume the quality was good, but since I am the giver not the recipient I cannot say. I was especially happy to find a competent company to go through since I am located in Germany and shipment was within London. Kristina”

“Hamper was ordered easily via website for a 96 year old father in a care home. Delivery was on the button and he received it at 10am on the day I asked. Great service and worth the money spent”

“It took me ages to choose, literally hours, because I couldn't find what I wanted, which would've been more of a selection, instead of all sweets, or mostly smellies, or mostly biscuits. I would've liked to see a basket of all the nicest things, and I found it difficult to find what I think my sister would like. She's in her late 40's, so would've liked the following in her basket, up to a value of £40-50. I'd've liked:- 1 nice pack of biscuits, (like the shortbread), a nice cake, (such as the spiced apple), a bottle of wine perhaps (such as prosecco), a magazine, perhaps a pot plant of the pink roses, maybe a mug (but only if it still within budget), a tub or tube of nice lotion/body butter, & the option to add candles & a foil birthday balloon. Why aren't there add-ons at the checkout? Ie balloon, card, etc (So that any basket can potentially be a birthday gift instead of the specific birthday ones already shown).”

Hi Niki, Thank you very much for your feedback. We completely understand there may not be a perfect pre-designed basket for everyone and so that is why we offer a "Create Your Own" option. We just wanted to let you know about it in case you missed it this time. You can access it here: http://createyourowngiftbasket.co.uk/ Every gift basket comes with a gift card, so if you include a birthday message we will automatically include a birthday card rather than you having to add one on. There are upgraded gift cards available on the CYO site too. Unfortunately balloons aren't always an option with every gift basket and hamper combination, as they are carefully designed to fit into the delivery cartons, but if you ever wish to add a product please just live chat with us or drop us an email and we're happy to advise. “I am very pleased with the prompt service and the product. I was happy to find this company online to help me surprise my daughter with a welcome gift basket. Their online booking site was easy and user friendly, I received prompt emails and follow ups, and the gift was sent on time. Everything went smoothly. I would definitely use their services again.”

“My Mum has just phoned to tell me how much she loved her gift Hamper. She invited a friend over to share the iced fruit cake with her. She loved the magazine and the mug and raved about the basket which I hadn't realised would be so popular! I didn't realise that the mug had such a lovely message on it 'Mum's are like buttons, they hold things together'. This was lucky as my Mum loves sewing and the message suited her well. I will definitely use this company again and wish that I had known about you for my Christmas shopping. Next Christmas definitely! well done Baskets Galore! Well worth it!”

“While the recipient hasn't received the gift yet as it is set for delivery on February 1st I am already thrilled with the service I have received. My father lives in England while I live in the US. Finding and shipping gifts is very difficult due to our long distance not to mention shipping costs! I was so happy to find a place where I could buy a really nice gift basket at a reasonable cost that allows me to schedule my delivery date and allows me to purchase with my US card. The best part has been the customer service. I forgot to add a card to my order and a company representative reached out to me within a few hours and asked if I would like to include a card as my order did not have one. So far this has been an amazing find! I can't wait to hear how my dad likes it and will definitely order from them again!”

“Everything was delivered and we were very happy? However, the delivery options are not at all clear on the website, please make them clearer. We have no idea what the difference between standard and express is, the "next day delivery' option does not exist, and it is really unclear. We have no clue when the item will be delivered; thanks”

Hi Dominic, thank you for your feedback. We were sorry to hear you were confused by the delivery options. In this case the 'Express' option is the next day option and the little calendar at checkout allows you to select your preferred delivery day so as you know when it is scheduled to arrive.
