“This is by far the worst shopping experience i've ever had! I have requested to send a package to my friend on her birthday today and yet you have messaged her asking her to pick it up from your office which is more than 60 minutes far!!! I have paid for express delivery and was promised that the package will be delivered on the date ive requested. I am very embarassed because of your poor delivery standards.”

Hello Sara, we were sorry to read your review. I think there has perhaps been some confusion here. DHL attempted to deliver the parcel today as requested, but unfortunately no-one was at home to sign for it. DHL do text the recipient with options such as collecting from a depot or local store, but if this isn't suitable they will also reattempt delivery if you call the number on the calling card. “Hi, I chose your company after viewing many sites and hampers. I am also living in NZ and sending to UK. However, as the basket hasn't been delivered yet, it's hard to rate your company. Hopefully it's as good as it looks!”

“I cannot comment on the gift itself as I am ordering from overseas and will not know until family give me feedback as to how they liked their gifts. However I liked the range of basket/hampers on offer in the ready made range and the option of making your own. An indication of number of people baskets would cater for or indication on some baskets which could be shared by a bigger group eg 6-8, 6-10 would be helpful.”

“I had looked at a few sites for hampers to send to our son in the UK and chose Baskets galore. I liked their range of hampers and the quality of the food. After having ordered a hamper, I changed my mind, basically to reduce the cost in Australian dollars. I checked the Terms and Conditions which were very clear and sent an email asking to cancel so I could order a different hamper. I received a prompt email back from Lauren who offered to do the changes her end rather than cancel and go through the whole process again. I was given the option of a refund on the balance or to order extra items. So easy and so smooth. I am very impressed with the service offered and the flexibility within the Terms and Conditions. I will follow up with another review after the hamper is delivered and the contents sampled. Therese”

“I created my own hamper and found the available items suitable for what i wanted however, the option of a cardboard box for free or a small charge (as pictured on your website) would be a valued addition to the wicker baskets you have to purchase.”

“I would like to thank Calum with the chat online. You where so helpful he was with me for about 45 minutes to help decide what to order. There is such a great selection for any occasion and price range. I am in Canada so I send this to my sister and brother-in-law in England. They said everything in the basket was delicious last year so I have sent another for them with different selection. It also is my sisters birthday Dec.20 great way for a gift when you can not be there. Susan”

“There were a good selection of hampers available. My only suggestion, and I may be wrong because I did not study them all closely, is to reduce some of the sweet contents and have a little more savoury type of foods. Although we all enjoy a chocolate etc I believe many people are working at reducing their sugar intake. Overall the purchase and selection process was excellent.”

“I recently sent two parcels to my granddaughters in London, England. This is the second time I have used this service and have found it to be extremely good. On the second occasion, I inadvertently sent the wrong address and once I realized the mistake I got in touch by online chat. The person I spoke to was very helpful and pleasant and everything was sorted out. Both of the parcels were beautifully arranged and I understand that everything in them was delicious and thoroughly enjoyed. I have already recommended this website to a couple of other people. And would have no hesitation in using them again.”
