“I have ordered 3 hampers from Baskets Galore. The first delivery was a huge mess but was sorted very promptly by your management. The second delivery was perfect, considering it was delivered to a ward in the Great Ormond Street Hospital, and the last delivery should happen in a week or so. The contents of your hampers are very good quality and offer a great variety of goods. I am in Australia so am sending this hamper to my daughter and son-in-law in London as we can't be together. I will use your company again for their special occasions. Many thanks. Dianne McConville (a good Irish name !!).”

“Hi, Im an ex pat living in New Zealand. Baskets galore give me the opportunity to send a gift to my Mum back in Northern Ireland for her birthday. The basket arrived on time and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.”

Hi Serena. We are so very sorry for the delivery delay which was caused by backlogs in the depot due to the recent floods and bad weather. As you know from our updates we did our utmost to ensure delivery was made as quickly as possible. It is such a shame this happened, as I know your Sister really liked the Gift Basket you chose for her. I'm sorry we haven't yet responded to your recent email requesting a refund. We hope you will understand it is Christmas and a very busy time. We will of course be issuing your account with a credit, and our customer services dept. will be in contact within the next 24 hours confirming this. “First time using this website and I am sending basket as a get well gift. I won't get to see basket so I can't pass any comment on it yet. I missed the section to include a message, not sure if that was my fault or it wasn't very obvious. You kindly followed up noticing my error. I unfortunately I didn't get back to you on time. Will review again if requested after delivery.”

“I discovered you by accident as I went to school with Lynne! Since then I have passed your details to numerous friends who have all made purchases and I finally got to purchase a hamper for my best friend for her birthday ???? “Easy to see details of each hamper. Also liked the way separate delivery details could be assigned to each hamper easily from drop-down menus and personalised messages added at no extra cost. Overall, very easy to use the website.”

“I really like your products and website is easy to navigate. I have been using your services for a number of years as i live in NZ and my mother in NI loves your hampers. one thing about which i am unsure is the meaning of the labels like chrome bronze etc. Not sure that this reflects quality as all your products are good. Perhaps a little confusing.”

“My basket hasn't been delivered yet so will send a review once I hear back from my family. My only advice would be to have a "compare" button so that you could choose a few options and have them pop up side by side to compare the specs. It would make shopping easier!!”

“Really pleased with my basket and in general with the service. I requested help with compiling a bespoke basket so that it would contain no nuts or nut traces (not a service I could find anywhere else!). It took several days corresponding through the website to get this sorted out. Once it was, the staff member Lauren was very helpful and made changes to ensure the basket was as I required. Just one other point. I asked for it to be delivered on a Friday and it actually turned up the day before. Great in one way, but there was a possibility I would not have been in. Luckily, I was :-) Catherine P.”

“I cannot report on the hamper as I asked for it to be delivered to my step daughter on or soon after 21st December However I would ask that the orderiform on the net shows clearly where to put the card details as I am not a n experton the PC and had to get a friend to find out if the order was being dealt with we ranng ang got the order through and was able to pay by card. I think a lot of elderly folk find this helpful to be able to shop this way but it has to be simple to do so!! P Bates”
