“I have just received an email letting me know that the Baby Boy basket I sent has been received. Mother and baby are absolutely thrilled with the contents! Apparently the clothes are by her favourite designer and the the baby shampoo is spot on too! Her two year old loved the hamper too as she got to play with the packaging for the rest of the day. All in all I'm absolutely over the moon with the quality, fast delivery and happiness that the hamper has brought to my family overseas.”

“I found the selecting of items very easy, which surprised me as I'm not the greatest on the interwebthingy. Technically the website looked weird, but maybe because I work on a mac, and it actually was very easy to use. Lovely amount of items - I wished there was a little more choice at the time, but on reflection, I found what I hope will be nice variety of gifts.”

“I have elderly relatives in UK so I am often looking for a basket with small quantities of treats - things they would not normally be able to afford on their pension. You might consider a small bottle of wine for one person, 100gm packets of cheese, salmon, ham etc and multiple small jars of jam, chutney, nice sauces together with small quantities of biscuits, crackers and chocolate. I was quite pleased with the contents of the basket I ordered as there was a reasonable variety of both sweet and savoury.”

“I ordered online (from the US) a cheese basket for friends whose 1 year old daughter was having surgery in London. My friends are vegetarian, and the basket was supposed to include pate, but for some reason I never thought of requesting a change... instead I wrote my friends a gift message apologizing for the pate's presence! Victoria noticed my message and contacted me asking if I would like them to substitute some chocolate (delicious Irish mint truffles, as it turned out) before shipping. She even removed the pate apology from the note for me without my asking! Just stellar customer service - so thoughtful.”

“I live in New Zealand and have used BasketsGalore several times now to send gifts to relatives in the UK and I have always been very pleased with the service. “I had a lovely experience using Baskets Galore. I was contacted the minute I purchased the basket and I then realised I had not booked for next day delivery as I had thought, this was then rectified within a few minutes. The basket arrived today and is fantastic. I chose a basket for a man and it's absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend Baskets Galore to anyone.
