“An excellent service provided. I ordered a basket for my father's birthday and he was over the moon with the gift - even made more special as I live in Malaysia. The team are extremely helpful and contacted me straight away when I had a query and were flexible in a special request. Would highly recommend Baskets Galore and will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks to the team for such an efficient and personal service.”

“Your service is superb. The lady on the telephone was helpful, seemed interested, patient with some of my uncertainties and that in itself was such a relief as generally ordering by telephone is not a good experience for unsure, not techie, telephone customers! I am used to going into a shop and speaking to someone! This experience however was really helpful and your staff member who took my call could not be praised highly enough. Thank You.”

“I live in the US, and my daughter is in school in the UK. I wanted to send her a gift basket for Easter and at first, I went to another vendor's website. When I tried to input the delivery address, the site repeatedly malfunctioned. After a few times of trying, I gave up and found Baskets Galore. Your website worked perfectly, and I promptly received a confirmation email for my purchase. “I found the product selection to be very good. I liked the fact that I could make up my own basket. When there was a question with the delivery information Baskets Galore was quick to email me and correct the information. Delivery was prompt and the basket arrived looking beautiful. If I ever need to send a basket to the U.K. again I will be using Baskets Galore again.”

“I was amazed at the ease with which I was able to order an Easter Gift Basket for my daughter who is studying abroad in London ! It took me a total of 10 minutes, most of which was spent choosing a basket from the abundant selection. I also love that I was able to order directly from the UK, so her basket will arrive on time ! “I have used this company for gifts several times for different occasions/events and was always impressed by the excellent service ( have requested changes to baskets etc) and very positive feedback from those who received the basket but it was only recently that I was sent a basket as a gift.......It was a beautiful arrangement of items to celebrate the birth of my baby boy, gifts for me and for him, treats and practical items, all top quality. I was especially impressed with the Natalia bath soak which is just so luxurious and the organic clothing for my son, a brand I will now use in the future as the design and quality was outstanding.
