“A great website to be able to find what you are looking for. Competitive pricing makes it an easy decision for us in New Zealand to send these gift baskets to family in the UK. “I needed to get an Easter basket delivered to my granddaughter in Brighton. I'm in the United States and thought it would be difficult but Baskets Galore made it so simple! Each email was responded to very quickly and the basket , which my grand-daughter loved, was delivered with no problems. I will definitely use them again”

“Hi there, it was easy to navigate the website and the product descriptions are good however it was not easy to filter by price range. During the proceed to checkout stage, it was not clear when the next day delivery would be. The calendar number stayed on 31st for standard delivery and next day delivery. I was really hoping for delivery on March 29th however it wasn't clear if this was a possibility? I received confirmation of my purchase on the screen, but I am still awaiting a confirmation email for my purchase and confirmation of delivery date. Thanks,”

Hi Shena, Thank you for your Review. I am sorry to hear that you had a mixed Shopping Experience. We aim to create a fun and easy experience for our customers and I apologise if this was not the case for yourself. Regarding the delivery date, this was due to the Easter Bank Holidays that occurred between 25/03/16-29/03/16 with our offices reopening on 30/03/16. The Next Available Date was the 31st which is why you could not select an earlier option. We also allow you to sort our products by price via the left hand option 'Shop By Price' which has several price categories. If you were shopping on a tablet or phone, this appears when the device is turned landscape. I apologise for any inconvenience. We have checked your email address and it seems to be the correct one registered, so an email confirmation should have been sent once your order was placed. I have forwarded this on again just incase. I trust Aqil has enjoyed their Gift Basket, Thank you again, Shena. Team BG

“I have used BasketsGalore on two occasions so far to send gifts to my son who lives in London (I live in the U.S.). Both deliveries were on time and my son told me that the contents of the baskets were excellent quality.”

“I hope the basket is good as my instructions for delivery were not adhered to - after ordering and noticing a mistake in the delivery name I emailed, then phoned you direct from the USA to make sure that the basket was delivered to Steve & Helen (no surname) then the address but you insisted on putting Steve & Helen Matthews - they are not married and found this offensive. Still feeling unhappy, Joan Matthews”

“We wanted to send something different for Easter, to family in Luxembourg, saw the gift baskets full of goodies and decided to send one. The delivery was very fast, and the family pleased with their gift, so a pleasant experience all round. Thank you”

“I love the fact that you can choose to put together your own basket as I was sending an Easter gift to a young family who are a little out of the ordinary. I was even able to change the type of wine to one not listed with a short email. I will definitely use baskets galore again!”

“I paid for a Saturday delivery but it was not made, delivery company carded the delivery and took it back to the depot. I cannot understand why as there were people in the house i get the impression they really did not try very hard. Product once received was great and the site and checkout was good which is why i have given an overall Good rating.”
