“BasketsGalore saved and revitalized my strained relationship with my girl friend. Although I placed my order almost at the end of her shift yet this amazing agent was patient, helpful and calm. She stayed on for me to finish with my orders. In fact she ordered everything for me. This amazing agent followed up with updates till the package got delivered. My girlfriend also loved every bit of the gifts. The packaging was excellent and the contents lovely. A big thanks to all the members of this amazing team that made this happen. I'm surely coming back to do business with you BasketsGalore. Since you don't having rating category which is "Excellent" up there, I highly recommend you include it so that I could properly rate the service I got that day. Thank you so so much.”

“My mother was very pleased with the contents!! (And she's not easy to please!). Customer service also worked with me to change the delivery date. Was disappointed thought that I had specifically asked for a morning delivery if possible and it was delivered at 8:25 pm at night. Other than that, I will definitely use them again!”

“Easy to select a fabulous gift hamper, Really happy how uncomplicated everything was with such a wide choice, Delivery was very fast and we were kept up to date on the parcels progress. The recipient was over the moon with the surprise and couldnt have been happier. Perfect gift at great prices. No more sending big bouquets for me, its going to be hampers from baskets galore all the way :)”

“I ordered a basket on line from New Zealand for my son and his new fiance who live in London I asked for a few changes to be made to the 'bride & groom' basket to make it appropriate and this was done. The service proivided from the start of the order to the delivery was brilliant and the contents in the basket were top quality and packed to perfection including a chiller pack to keep the cheeses cool. I would definately use Basketsgalore again and totally recommend them for top quality and top service. Thank you”

“Really easy service to use! Was pleased that I could create my own hamper depending on my budget. Only thing I would say is that some items seemed a bit pricey, but then there was plenty of others to chose from so wasn't a problem! Definitely be ordering from here again :)”

“when you get to delivery address, maybe have a box that can be ticked for disabled family members with a note beside it stating "Please wait a few moments Handicap person within". “The build your own hamper is a great gift idea and would recommend this website to anyone thinking of creating one for a gift. The selection of items are a really good price, we use this for our company get well hampers so perhaps would like to see a more generic collection of 'entertain gifts' or 'gifts for him' but overall the selection is good!”
