“Needed to call to check delivery times as product was a last minute present. Very polite and helpful. Ordered on the 'phone and received email confirmation with details. Can't guarantee that online order will be as good but I am fairly sure it will be. Very quick delivery and well packaged. Very good experience all round and competitive price as well.”

“I ordered two items which were not in stock at the time. I was informed immediately and given the expected delivery date, the option to cancel and assured that the payment would not be taken from my account until order was dispatched ( unlike some companies ! ). I was happy to wait and received my order earlier than expected, very well packed, free delivery and also 10% summer discount. Satisfied customer.”

“Have only today (27th June) received my order it arrived very promptly from the date of your e -mail advising me of dispatch, I have been way from home for several days s missed the delivery, and have just had the line delivered to my office. So the speed of delivery was good. June Medlycott”
