“Excellent service. Speedy delivery (two days from ordering). Excellent communication from both supplier and delivery service. I had ordered tow china mugs which were very well protectively wrapped. Would definitely use again. Thank you.”

“Excellent service. Prompt and careful courier delivery with progress monitoring too! Unfortunately had to return product as not suitable for the intended purpose. My fault not Barnitts, but again helpful instructions for return and refund. I would certainly recommend the company. Barry Cockerell”

“I was looking for some over the door ironing hooks which were strong and suitable for thick wooden doors. After alot of searching I found them online at Barnitts and ordered half a dozen. They are exactly what I required, very robust and the ideal width, and delivery was timely as well.”

“Although the item I ordered was temporarily out of stock Barnitts let me know this straight away by e-mail informing me that it was due back in stock on 4th June. On 5th June I had another e-mail saying my order would be delivered that day and giving me an hour time slot. The item arrived on time and was extremely well packed. Very impressed with Barnitts and would definitely order from them again. Wish all on-line companies would follow their example.”
