“Never dealt with Barnitts before but would definitely do so again. Easy to order online, our chiminea came a few days later, well wrapped. Put it up in less than an hour and it now stands proudly on our patio ready to use. Well aware it may rust in the rain so have taken on board all the tips in the instruction leaflet for keeping it in good condition.”

“I ordered a large number of several things so not all were in stock. The order was completed ahead of the expected time and dispatched quickly. Email communication for each step of the process kept me informed. If I ever get to York again I will make sure I visit the store, it must be wonderful. Then a trip to Betty's after!”

“Needed to call to check delivery times as product was a last minute present. Very polite and helpful. Ordered on the 'phone and received email confirmation with details. Can't guarantee that online order will be as good but I am fairly sure it will be. Very quick delivery and well packaged. Very good experience all round and competitive price as well.”
