“I was looking for some over the door ironing hooks which were strong and suitable for thick wooden doors. After alot of searching I found them online at Barnitts and ordered half a dozen. They are exactly what I required, very robust and the ideal width, and delivery was timely as well.”

“Although the item I ordered was temporarily out of stock Barnitts let me know this straight away by e-mail informing me that it was due back in stock on 4th June. On 5th June I had another e-mail saying my order would be delivered that day and giving me an hour time slot. The item arrived on time and was extremely well packed. Very impressed with Barnitts and would definitely order from them again. Wish all on-line companies would follow their example.”

“I ordered a bone china mug for a gift and was pleased it arrived promptly, but was disappointed that there was a hairline crack in it. One phone call to barnitts and another mug was sent out straight away and arrived the very next day in perfect condition. Excellent customer service and the recipient of the gift was so pleased with the mug. Overall extremely pleased with barnitts and would not hesitate to purchase again. Thank you.”
