“I've ordered these knives twice and they weren't in stock either time. Apart from that, they are the only people I can find that stocks them at all so I can't complain on that front. The price is also pretty good and the communication from the Company at least keeps me informed of the orders progress. I think they also didn't take the money straight away but only when the item was shipped.”

“First item delivery was damaged within the sealed packaging (by supplier not Barnitts) replacement sourced quickly and thoroughly checked before despatch and repacked very well. Delivery and collection at time to suit us so we were happy. Problems do happen and this was very well resolved”

“Bin was out of stock (not shown on website, so I did not know this until I’d placed the order) and had to wait nearly 3 weeks for it, but it was delivered in good condition when they said it would be. Would use them again.”

“It was good service and the only constructive criticism I can give is no choice was given of the colour of the rotary airer cover to arrive and this made me anxious that I wouldn't like it. I do like it but would have liked the assurance of this at the time of ordering.”

“I ordered two items, a fire guard and fireside tools. The tools arrived damaged within it's packaging and I was overall disappointed in the quality. This is therefore not a reflection on Barnitts. There customer team quickly exchanged them for a different set and arranged collection of the damaged set. Excellent service.”

“Both Dualit products arrived safely and we are pleased with them. One little niggle is that when you search a product it is not, unlike some competition, shown as in stock or not. Yes, I could ring to check but that's on the assumption that the shop is open late at night which I would imagine, it isn't. I also wanted to buy a Dualit 3-1 coffee maker but as it was late at night and as I couldn't be certain of stock availability,and that I wanted it ASAP, I bought it from a competitor although I would have preferred to have kept all 3 purchases from one company. Just some constructive criticism and I would still use this company again.”

“The only slight niggle I have is that it was only after the order was accepted and acknowledged that I found out the item wasn't actually in stock. In the event, it was only a 10 day delay and the item was delivered promptly at the end of that. On this occasion it wasn't a problem but if, eg, it had been a gift needed for a specific date I'd have preferred to have had that information before ordering. Otherwise, no problem...!”

“DELIGHTED WITH OUR CHOICE OF IRONING BORD SOLD AT A VERY COMPETITIVE PRICE. iT WAS WELL PACKED. ONLY SLIGHT DISAPPOINTMENT WAS HAVAING TO WAIT FOR YOUR RENEWABLE STOCK -WE HAD THROWN OUR ANCIENT WELL USED IRONING BOARD AWAY IN LOCAL DUMP IN ANTICIPATION OF EARLIER DATE QUOTED. “My order took 4 weeks to be delivered as two out of three items were out of stock. when it came unfortunately part was missing this was sent after a phone call. also the toilet seat i ordered didn't fit correct - the parts were loose. after another phone call this was sorted and i was able to return the item and delivery was arranged for the same week. i was given a time slot by email on the day for collection which i was very impressed with. although i had problems they were sorted out promptly so have given a score of good for overall experience of Barnitts . thanks”
