“I purchased a Dualit kettle from Barnitts in December 2018. Eight months later the plastic display on the kettle had started to crack. I emailed Barnitts with the receipt and received an email back saying they would contact Dualit to see if it could be repaired. No, so Barnitts arranged a replacement kettle and the DPD exchange on the day I requested. The customer service is second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend purchasing from Barnitts. My problem was resolved quickly and efficiently . Ten out of ten”

“It was straight forward to purchase and arrange delivery of the statue to my daughter in Kent. I have only seen a picture of the statue on the website but my daughter and husband were delighted with it. It is much lighter in weight than natural stone and it get blown over on one of the blustery days we’ve had this year. I do like the modern design. Thank you fo th prompt delivery service arranged.”
