“What a brilliant service. Ordered some Ronseal worktop oil, something to do during this crisis and not only were the prices competitive they delivered really quick, which I didn't expect at all. If they can react like this during the corona virus crisis, heavens know what they will do in normal times. Well done, Im a fan now!”

“Delivery was quick and the item was just as expected ( Rolster shopping trolley). I actually received a second one which was a delivery mistake. After I refused delivery of this I got a call the same day from Barnitts to make sure I was satisfied with my order, very good service.”

“The first Stellar sauteuse pan arrived with a dent in the base caused during its delivery. Having emailed Barnitts and sent pictures, a replacement pan was soon received and we are very pleased with it.”

“Many thanks to Louie in the Lighting Department for obtaining the correct bulbs, we ordered 12 bulbs from Linda cool white, warm white bulbs arrived in the post, phoned Louie on Monday cool white bulbs arrived by Friday, excellent service Louie despite all the difficulties we are facing at the moment with Corona virus, you are a credit to Barnitts. “Waited 15 mins, in the hardware department, to be served. No one there and no one in the middle section either. There was, however, knifes and scissors left unattended. This I was shocked by, as anyone could have use these as weapons, either in the shop, or on the street.”
