“The best shop in York, always a joy to walk round always great service by friendly staff, it’s always the first place I go to when I am in town, free local delivery always reliable, if they haven’t got it you don’t need it”

“Well I’m still waiting they say they can’t deliver item understand that but where’s my refund they say their offices closed can’t do that either”

“The order went through seemlessly and product arrived as expected. I was kept up to date with delivery too. I would have liked to have been offered the option to get the tap adaptor with it though as once I'd put it together, I realised I couldn't actually use it! Thanks for a good service.”

“The ordering and delivery of my compost was made easy and straightforward by your staff. I was impressed by the delivery man and how careful he was with distance and wearing gloves and a face mask, and how polite he was. I would have given 5 stars but I was not sent an email telling me when the delivery would be.”
