“Delivery process was abit confusing. I got an email saying that my order had been sent out for delivery, but it hadn't as a date hadn't been agreed with the carrier. I think the email must have been a standard one.”

“I've ordered these knives twice and they weren't in stock either time. Apart from that, they are the only people I can find that stocks them at all so I can't complain on that front. The price is also pretty good and the communication from the Company at least keeps me informed of the orders progress. I think they also didn't take the money straight away but only when the item was shipped.”

“The item I purchased was out of stock when ordered. Barnitt's, unlike many other traders, did not take the credit card payment until the items were dispatched. Barnitt's also held dispatch until I'd returned from holiday. All in all, very good service and a very good price for the goods.”
