“We were kept up to date about the delay in the supplies arriving and when they did they were well packaged . The delivery company were on time having previously informed us when the delivery would take place and our little dog is over the moon with pleasure to receive her crocodile shaped chews.”

“My goods were out of stock when first ordered but I was kept informed by email regarding this. When my item was delivered the washing line had an end cap missing. I telephoned Barnitts and the problem was rectified that afternoon with the item arriving in the post in a couple of days later. Customer service was excellent. Thank you it makes a refreshing change.”

“Re Leifheit spinning mop and bucket. Really great product. Bought for my 90 year old mother whose wrists aren't what they used to be. Now she can wring the mop with no effort. Great product! The item was dispatched and received in super quick time and was kept informed of delivery every step of the way. Would definitely buy from this company again.”
