“The item I ordered was out of stock, but I was kept up to date via email, as to when it would be available. I was informed when the item was dispatched and was able to track the delivery process. I found the customer service to be second to none and would certainly recommend Barnitts.”

“I was very impressed with Barnitts. They let me know immediately that they were waiting for stock and within a few days, I got an email saying that it had been dispatched to me. Excellent communication. The item arrived well packed. I would definitely recommend Barnitts to other buyers. I was very very pleased. Thank you very much Barnitts, I am one very happy customer!”

“It was good service and the only constructive criticism I can give is no choice was given of the colour of the rotary airer cover to arrive and this made me anxious that I wouldn't like it. I do like it but would have liked the assurance of this at the time of ordering.”

“I ordered two items, a fire guard and fireside tools. The tools arrived damaged within it's packaging and I was overall disappointed in the quality. This is therefore not a reflection on Barnitts. There customer team quickly exchanged them for a different set and arranged collection of the damaged set. Excellent service.”

“Both Dualit products arrived safely and we are pleased with them. One little niggle is that when you search a product it is not, unlike some competition, shown as in stock or not. Yes, I could ring to check but that's on the assumption that the shop is open late at night which I would imagine, it isn't. I also wanted to buy a Dualit 3-1 coffee maker but as it was late at night and as I couldn't be certain of stock availability,and that I wanted it ASAP, I bought it from a competitor although I would have preferred to have kept all 3 purchases from one company. Just some constructive criticism and I would still use this company again.”
