“I would say 'very good', but unfortunately the wrong item was dispatched by mistake. An exchange of courteous emails rapidly resolved the issue and the correct item arrived within 2 days. So that qualifies as 'good'.”

“Our bin arrived with a dint in the top, so we were a bit disappointed. But after contacting the customer services department, who responded very quickly and efficiently, they immediately sent a new bin. So, in the end, we're very pleased with the service.”

“Just a slight disappointment with some areas of chimenea not having paint on. As emulsion can be used not a great issue for us but did expect it to be pristine when dispatched. That said, love the design/colour and the delivery was quick.”

“Easy to put together and good fun using. Only criticism would be that the cooking tray arm is not very stable and just a little too high. Otherwise brilliant and brought the family together around the warm fire in the garden.”
