“My order didn't process fully on the web, although payment was made and therefore i didn't receive confirmation but this was quickly resolved. The chairs arrived via courier service but as I was expecting to arrange a delivery date these had to be left with a neighbour. I would have preferred to be able to select a delivery date for a bulky order.”

“Item was out of stock when I placed the order but I was notified of expected date of new stock. Advised of delivery date and courier site was excellent to see when delivery would be made. Excellent product priced about £30 less than John Lewis”

“I searched high and low for fair priced bedroom oak furniture. I live in Manchester and Barnitts in York had exactly what I wanted. That said, I feel if the product images were of a larger size and various angles of the product were provided my purchase wouldn't of felt so much of a risk.”

“Only disappointed with the fact that part of my order was out of stock and not advised of this until after I had ordered it. Luckily it was not necessary to have the out of stock part for christmas. I chose this website because it showed both parts in stock.”

“Better price than other sites. We were informed when the bins were being delivered so that we could be there. The only thing was that we had to wait for over 10 days as the bins were not in stock.”

“Although order was delayed due to going out of stock after we placed order, once back in stock I cannot fault the prompt delivery 2 days before christmas. Product was exactly what we wanted and does exactly what is required of it.”

“The clothes airier I purchased is excellent quality, and will no doubt last a long time. My only complaint is you do not offer an alternative delivery address. Many people, including myself have mail order items delivered to a work address to avoid missing the courier. Otherwise excellent service. John”

“Excellent bin and at really good price and so pleased with it. BUT - unfortunately the custmers service side needs to be looked at. I telephoned 9 times and each time I got a recorded message, I sent emails with no reply. it was not until I telephoned the store and spoke to a manager that I got any feedback regarding delivery of my order. will I use them again - YES...”
