“I purchased several Brabantia products and Barnitts were very competitively priced. The email communication was excellent, one of my items was out of stock and I was kept informed of developments. Even with the slight delay for restocking all items were received within 10 days. Packaging was good too. I was extremely impressed with the whole experience an wouldn't hesitate to buy from Barnitts in the future.”

“Very impressed with the service I received from Barnitts. Half of my order was delayed and they didn't take payment for that part of the order until it was despatched and kept me informed all of the way .! Many places would have taken the full amount straight away. Would definitely order again .”

“Good selection of products at very competitive prices. Easy to use website, but I had to wait over a month for delivery of my order because two items were out of stock. I wasn't advised of this until after I'd ordered them. For that reason I have only awarded 3 stars (normal) - I don't consider waiting so long for delivery to be 'normal' but because the products themselves were excellent 2 stars (poor) would have been rather unfair. But I think Barnitts should revise their ordering and delivery processes.”

“Although the item I ordered was out of stock they emailed me the date that they expected it to be back in stock. I received my item the day after and the parcel arrived well packaged. Great service, would not hesitate to use Barnitts again.”
