“Good selection of products at very competitive prices. Easy to use website, but I had to wait over a month for delivery of my order because two items were out of stock. I wasn't advised of this until after I'd ordered them. For that reason I have only awarded 3 stars (normal) - I don't consider waiting so long for delivery to be 'normal' but because the products themselves were excellent 2 stars (poor) would have been rather unfair. But I think Barnitts should revise their ordering and delivery processes.”

“Although the item I ordered was out of stock they emailed me the date that they expected it to be back in stock. I received my item the day after and the parcel arrived well packaged. Great service, would not hesitate to use Barnitts again.”

“Initially alittle disappointed only because when I placed the order it stated 1 in stock, but I then immediately had an email stating out of stock, item would be back in stock in 7 days. I didn't cancel the order and the parcel arrived on time, very well wrapped and Barnitts communications were brilliant. Will definitely use again :)”

“Quick delivery and good value. The recycled glass bottles I ordered were very attractive- ideal for bottling my homemade liqueur to give as christmas presents. Items arrived very well packed and I could choose where DPD left the package as I wasn't in to receive it. Would buy from here again :-)”

“Goods arrived on due date and time given and well wrapped. Unfortunately, they had to to be returned as they were damaged. I spoke to a very helpful lady at Barnitt's about the return, which was collected from my house and this was very helpful.”

“Item was not in stock which wasn't clear on the website and it took 2 weeks to arrive. However, an email notified me of this very soon after placing the order so that was good. Suggest clearer "In Stock" or "Out of stock but will be ordered and you will receive within ....."”

“We bought a three tier steamer as a gift and have been told that it is excellent, versatile and energy saving. The larger of the pans is capable of cooking enough spaghetti for a family meal, boiling bottled fruit/veg and endless vegetables, the upper two tiers can also serve a number of purposes too. I must also add that I found your site very simple and quick to navigate and the follow up and delivery were faultless. A breath of fresh air. Carole”
