“Order dealt with very promptly advising me out of stock. Goods followed a few days later , excellent packaging , clearly labelled etc. Will most definately order on line again, have difficulty getting to york sometimes , so very pleased eith on line sevice”

“I'm so happy with my purchase, the goods I ordered were in perfect condition but in a damaged box and Barnitts called and emailed to let me know this before they sent the item. They offered me the choice of the same item in another colour which didn't have a damaged box. The goods came very quickly once dispatched. I just feel the customer service was great, and I was dealing with a real entity, not just an online market. Excellent!!”
