“From ordering to delivery rated a 5 The only but was the screw size required was bigger than the bush but a wall plug did the trick. Previous order a couple of years ago the size was spot on. Lastly the gloves are very good”

“I was very happy with both my purchase and the service I received. One of my items was faulty but it was replaced immediately and although I had to pay the postage to return the item this was refunded very quickly. The only improvement that could be made is more people answering the phones. But overall excellent service.”
