“The shopping trolley was very light. The quality was very good, but it stated that it was for 5' 1" and below. I'm 4'11" and the shopping trolley was too big for me. I could have used it but I felt I would look a bit silly walking along with it. I gave it away to a friend and have now found somewhere else to shop for the trolley. The shopping trolley I have found is perfect for my size. Once again, the shopping trolley was of very good quality. I was told that I shouldn't have bought this online as you need to see it to know that it would be suitable.”

“there was an issue with the order which did take a while to iron out, but once it had been resolved the order was soon on its way and received the next day. This will not put me off placing more orders with Barnitts. overall happy with the service and very happy with the products.”

“After visiting the store whilst in York I bought a garden light it was so lovely that when I got home I wished I had bought more. I looked on line and found them so placed an order. The lights were delivered within a few days which was very good as this was over the Christmas period. I was over the moon with the lights and post and packaging was very cheap. Thanks”
