“Prompt delivery , as soon as the item came into stock - which was sooner than forecast. The knife appears to be excellent value for money. It cuts and slices excellently, In the short time that I have it, it is too soon to say how well it will hold an edge, but I am optimistic.”

“The knife I ordered was out of stock - probably due to an article in the Daily Telegraph but I was kept informed and the knife was delivered withou further ado quite soon after.”

“My first order arrived faulty but this was quickly replaced. Nice looking fireguard, the opening door is good as I have a wood burner so no need to remove the guard to put more logs on the fire.”

“I received acknowledgement of my order by 10/11/16 but by 27/11/16 I'm still waiting for news of when my order will be dispatched. This is not good enough as it's holding up arrangement of works in the house & booking in tradesmen.”
