“Excellent service and products arrived safely. Only improvement would be with delivery communications from the courrier. We had poor weather which delayed the delivery but after one or two communications we heard nothing. It wasvery quickly rectified once I called so very happy with the customer service. Overall I highly recommend Barnitts on line service.”

“ordered a acctim falkenburg mantle clock and paid for it before l was informed it was out of stock.Was given a restock date and delivery date which was accurate (10 day wait) should have been showing out of stock on web ad.”

“Very prompt service and quality item received. Particularly impressed with your choice of carrier (D P D) as we were given a one hour time slot, the name of the driver and were able to track the delivery drivers progress on a live GPS map. Would not hesitate to recommend using this company.....keep up the good work.”
