“Although the items ordered were delivered with no problems, the amount of notice given was ridiculously short. I had an email advising the delivery would be the following day. Luckily we had someone at home that day. Any other time and we would not have been able to receive the goods. Please provide a longer notice period of more than 24hrs.”

“very impressed, this is from some one who was employed by John Lewis for 29yrs, many of those years a manager. I had searched the web, the product was best priced with you, £12 less than some, also your delivery was free a lot were £10. I had a question about the product so I phoned , I did have to ring three times but when answered it was by a helpful polite young man, who had the answer. The goods were out of stock (fair enough) but they came into stock on the day he said they would. One small thing the email from DPD I came on the day of the delivery so I was not in, how ever it was brought to me the next day. I am also happy with the product. I was not aware of your company before this ,I will be visiting your site again. Well Done”

“I had to chase once to see what was happening with my order as one item was out of stock but after the "reminder" I was kept informed of the expected delivery date and was very happy with the goods when they arrived.”

“Although the item wasn't available for immediate dispatch, Barnitts accurately described when the item would be back in stock. As for the item, my only quibble about it is a large plastic handle protruding from the rear of the bin preventing the bin going flat against a wall.”
