“Would have given five stars but from order to dispatch was a bit slow, but put that down to holiday period post Christmas. However was kept informed of all stages of the delivery process. On balance well pleased.”

“This fire guard was the item I wanted. Barnitts had it at the best price I could find on the internet. Their service was efficient and delivery was very slick. Barnitts texted when the item was dispatched and the delivery truck texted when they were a couple of hours away. Overall the service was good the customer experience was great and the item purchased was of really good quality. I'm a happy buyer. Thank you Barnitts.”

“I went to Barnitt's in York to buy a kitchen waste-bin. The assistant suggested I buy on-line so I didn't have to carry it around town. The website was easy to use, the delivery was fast and free, and the bin is perfect.”

“We ordered a stock pot which unfortunately was damaged in transit. But Barnitts were extremely good about it and immediately arranged a replacement to be sent without hassle. We were very impressed with their friendly customer service which is rare these days we find”

“Bought a funky Brabantia bin in Orange, Barnitts was the best price though the bin I discovered was not in stock, however their communication could not be bettered, and the bin arrived fully tracked and well-packed (and in perfect condition) well within the 1 hr time slot allocated on the day of delivery. Would definitely buy from Barnitts again!”
