“Very pleased with the service I received from Barnitts. They kept me informed about delivery throughout and delivered just when they said they would. However, I found the fireguard fairly difficult to assemble and wasn't aware that I would have to do this myself!”

“Only told me after order placed that not in stock. When it arrived it was broken. However..... I called customer service, emailed them a photo and a replacement was with me within 2 days. Overall therefore very pleased with item and follow up customer service, But it would be better to know before ordering if something was not in stock.”

“I looked online and this was the cheapest I could find the kettle that I wanted. Ordering was easy and delivery was free. The kettle arrived quickley and well packaged. Overall a fantastic service and I would definately recommend them.”

“Thrilled with my Dualit bur grinder. Very good price and excellent and experienced help from Barnitts over setting it up, which is poorly explained in the Dualit instructions. Would use this company again.”

“The order took a bit longer to be delivered than you would expect for a standard item BUT the price was the best out there so worth waiting for. When the item was originally delivered there had been a mix up (my order went to somebody else, and I got theirs) so it had to be sent back. Normally this would be a pain but the support team were so helpful and friendly arranging collection etc it really was not so bad. I now have my item and I am very pleased with it. 10 out 10 for the telephone support team!”

“Good quick service. Ordered on a Sunday evening received goods on the Tuesday. One item was broken, sent email same day. Had to send a scan to confirm breakage, replacement received on the Friday.”
