“Item was broken when I received it so was sent straight back. Although it was packed in bubblewrap the item was placed in a box and then in a larger box which had no packing round it. Although the carrier company will be blamed for the breakage I think it was Barnitts fault, they should have placed packing round the second box so it wasn't rattling artound. However I did get a prompt refund of my money”

“Dreamland Intelliheat Fleecy Electric Underblanket - Single This arrived in reasonable time and the free delivery was excellent. As I am now almost in my 81st year I need that extra warmth at night. The blanket is working very well compared to my old one which I had to remember to switch off, otherwise I would roast. This one does switch off automatically after one hour, so that's wonderful. Pity I didn't buy this from Barnitts long ago. Well done, and keep up the good work. Kind regards -- AB.”

“Barnitts response was good however the product is not identical to our last order. This can cause us problems, as a manufacturer trying to keep costs down. Constantly changing our jigs to the unreliable depths will mean us looking else ware if you can not standardise.”
