“Original product was damaged accidentally in transit (despite being well packaged). It was replaced quickly and efficiently with no inconvenience to myself.”

“Well done Barnitts! Very simple .. I ordered my Dualit juicer on a Sunday, which said it may take up to 10 days ... On Tuesday it arrived! Barnitts use a courier who allow you to track, and tell you the day your product will arrive, with an update on the day as to the 1 hour time period it will arrive. Superb, you can't ask for more.”

“Excellent service. My product arrived very speedily and it was well packaged. Communication regarding my order was great right from being let know it had been dispatched to an almost exact delivery day and time which enabled me to make arrangements for the goods to be received. A further plus was that the price charged by Barnitts was the best around. I will certainly be back for more goods from this super store again”
