“These review requests are rather strange. What's the difference between Normal and Good? Is Normal accepted as being less than good? Is Very Good amazingly different from what I'd expect when simply ordering a mug? If I don't choose 'Very Good, is this somehow seen as an adverse criticism? Strange, see? As it is, my mug arrived quickly, very well swaddled in bubble-wrap and in perfect condition - which I'd expect anyway or I'd have something to say!! Perfectly satisfied, thanks. (So is that Normal, Good, or Very Good? You choose.) RW”
