“Ordered my lights online as I'd seen them in the showroom.I had to wait a short while for stock to arrive but Barnitts kept me informed as they did for delivery date which was the following day that they received the delivery from the suppliers.Very pleased with the service.”

“Took over a month to deliver an item. Communication was rubbish, I must have phoned and emailed about 8 times over the month, only once did someone return my call, but items didn't arrive when said they would. Won't use again.”

“Order arrived on time, and was advised of delivery day with a one hour slot, which was excellent. Very competitive price. Communication was very good throughout. Item arrived well packed, but sadly there was a small amount of damage to one part of it. This was delt with swiftly and without fuss, and the new part delivered to me. Excellent service, would recommend.”

“Good service, Happy with product Only problem was there were no instructions for assembly. i think this was because there were 2 sets in foreign languages. Assembly was however fairly simple.”
