“I am very pleased with the rotary airer which is very easy to use. The delivery service was excellent as I received the airer 2 days after placing my order. The only small negative point is that the order was supposed to include a peg which I didn't receive but that would not stop me from placing future orders.”

“Exceptional efficiency from website to delivery. Cannot speak highly enough of the service. Also, whilst the website is so good, there is additional pleasure in a visit to the York shop (I'm too far away for regular visits) the range and quality is terrific and it's a shop you just have to emerse yourself in!”

“Quick and easy to order on line. Brilliant at keeping you updated with order. Order received on time, carefully wrapped. I will use them again. If you are in York a visit to their store is a must. I have never seen such a well equipped store it has EVERYTHING and extremely helpful staff.”

“Excellent service. Made a web enquiry at 9am Tuesday morning about availability of a Graef 4 slice toaster. Received a reply by mid-day to saying the item was in stock. Order placed at 1pm on Tuesday and product delivered by 1.45pm Wednesday.”
