“Exceptional efficiency from website to delivery. Cannot speak highly enough of the service. Also, whilst the website is so good, there is additional pleasure in a visit to the York shop (I'm too far away for regular visits) the range and quality is terrific and it's a shop you just have to emerse yourself in!”

“Quick and easy to order on line. Brilliant at keeping you updated with order. Order received on time, carefully wrapped. I will use them again. If you are in York a visit to their store is a must. I have never seen such a well equipped store it has EVERYTHING and extremely helpful staff.”

“Excellent service. Made a web enquiry at 9am Tuesday morning about availability of a Graef 4 slice toaster. Received a reply by mid-day to saying the item was in stock. Order placed at 1pm on Tuesday and product delivered by 1.45pm Wednesday.”
