“Great sevice. Ordered on line and I ordered the same wall lamp twice in seperate orders as I had wanted two and accidently only ordered one. I got a call the next day to check that I actually wanted the two and hadnt accidently put the one order in twice. This was very thoughtful and the guy was friendly and helpful. My order came through quickly and I was pleased with the product. I had been looking for weeks on all sorts of web sites and couldnt find what I wanted. Barnitts was suggested by my sister who lives in York. I knew of the shop but did not know you had a web site. Perhaps you should publisisze it more widely?. I will definatly shop on your web site again.”

“I ordered a Brabantia bin on line from Barnitts. I quickly received an acknowledgement of the order. I was advised that the goods were out of stock but expected in about a week and ensured that my payment card would not be charged until the goods were dispatched. The bin arrived just over a week later, very well packaged and my card has now been charged. Brabantia bins are never really the most affordable option but Barnitts had the bin I wanted at the best price I could find. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.”

“Although delivery was slow due to some items I ordered being out of stock I was kept up to date with what was going on via email. When the stuff arrived it was extremely well packaged. Overall good service :)”

“Could not have wished for better service online and with the delivery - ordered Sunday morning - delivered the following Thursday - the delivery people were magnificent and kept us informed with texts. To be honest if you had the same attitude among the staff inside your store you would see us more often(never found them helpful who we engaged) But you are great online!!!!”

“Site advised goods in stock and they were not. 22nd June Received message advising will be in stock 10th July. As not advised by you what was happening rang on 14th July. Advised in stock and money taken but no confirmation of dispatch. Item arrived 18th July. Received message 21st July advising Goods dispatched and payment taken. Appeared you were taking payment twice, however you didn't, so all OK.”
