“Brabantia need to use *Bubble wrap *to protect the waste bin when items are out for delivery to customers, as my waste bin came with a * depression in the outer casing * , not good for first impressions to a customer of quality product !”

“I had never used Barnitts before but I have found their customer service care to be excellent. I ordered a fire guard which when it turned up was damaged. When I called to tell them they offered me an instant refund and I received an email that day to say the refund had been processed. Excellent :) thank you Barnitts”

“Never heard of Barnitts before, but glad my persistence paid off with my daily research for the best price for a kettle I was looking to buy which at £130 is not cheap!'But Barnitts came in at under £100 with free delivery,prompt service & extremely well packaged. Thank you Barnitts. The matching toaster is next on my list, so hopefully Barnitts will come up 'trumps' again.”

“Our first time of use of Baritts so were a bit nervous about the level of commitment but no need to worry. Found a teapot which keeps the brew warm and with a spill proof spout! Excellent quality with a good weight. Rather expensive but as is often the case you get what you pay for. Delivery time was slow but Barnitts were upfront about the time delivery would take and they were true to their word. Top marks for quality and service, recommended.”

“Only missed 'Very Good' due to the fact the description did not say the bench came flat-packed. I called to discuss delivery (very helpful) and so became aware of this before it arrived, but it did mean that I needed to change where it was sent to. It certainly wasn't difficult to assemble, but I do think this is significant enough to merit being mentioned.”
