“Our first time of use of Baritts so were a bit nervous about the level of commitment but no need to worry. Found a teapot which keeps the brew warm and with a spill proof spout! Excellent quality with a good weight. Rather expensive but as is often the case you get what you pay for. Delivery time was slow but Barnitts were upfront about the time delivery would take and they were true to their word. Top marks for quality and service, recommended.”

“Only missed 'Very Good' due to the fact the description did not say the bench came flat-packed. I called to discuss delivery (very helpful) and so became aware of this before it arrived, but it did mean that I needed to change where it was sent to. It certainly wasn't difficult to assemble, but I do think this is significant enough to merit being mentioned.”

“Barnitts were excellent - although the Brabantia bin I ordered was out of stock, they emailed me with the date it was due in (sometimes you're just left in the dark). It arrived earlier than expected and was so well packaged that I don't think a Lennox Lewis punch would have made much impact. Product is very good and I'd use Barnitts again for their quality of service.”

“Item was not in stock but did not show this until order made however we were then kept updated about delivery dates up to dispatch. Item was very well protected for delivery and arrived safely. Exactly as ordered at a very good price.”

“I love the table . I was sad that your site would not let me have the 15% discount on 4 chairs at the same time or re-entering and trying to order them separately. So I did not order them at all.”

“The member of staff was extremely helpful with my telephone query before I made my order and even went to the trouble of ringing me back with the answer. The delivery service was incredible - the table lamp was in my home in Somerset less than 24 hours after my internet order. I recommend them highly and would not hesitate to use them again - I only wish the actual store wasn't so far away!”

“I received the 6-peg coat hanger within three days. Well packaged and it came with a brochure about York - good reading! The hanger is well made and as described on the website. I can recommend Barnitt's as a reliable supplier of high quality items for the home.”
