“Very happy with service from Barnitts. My order arrived promptly and exactly as described. I had ordered a replacement head for a hearth brush... An item it was difficult to locate elsewhere. The postage cost to Ireland was reasonable too.”

“My order took 4 weeks to be delivered as two out of three items were out of stock. when it came unfortunately part was missing this was sent after a phone call. also the toilet seat i ordered didn't fit correct - the parts were loose. after another phone call this was sorted and i was able to return the item and delivery was arranged for the same week. i was given a time slot by email on the day for collection which i was very impressed with. although i had problems they were sorted out promptly so have given a score of good for overall experience of Barnitts . thanks”

“There was a very long delay in receiving my order, but the reason for this was explained very clearly to me by a member of staff, and I received updates, plus reassurance that no money would be taken until the order was ready for dispatch. As such, thanks to your very good customer service, I had no problem in waiting for a few weeks, and the delivery arrived very quickly and safely after I received the "your order is ready" email. So great service, thank you.”
