“The only slight niggle I have is that it was only after the order was accepted and acknowledged that I found out the item wasn't actually in stock. In the event, it was only a 10 day delay and the item was delivered promptly at the end of that. On this occasion it wasn't a problem but if, eg, it had been a gift needed for a specific date I'd have preferred to have had that information before ordering. Otherwise, no problem...!”

“very good quality bakeware prompt delivery good service and would shop here again. one small point, amazon advertised this as free postage, it was'nt but thats amazon and its the second time they offered this (different product) not this company”

“because item bought was unsuitable I decided to return it. However after repacking I found that royal mail would charge £6 to send it back. As the original cost was only £10 delivered I reluctantly decided to keep it. Will check costs of return before buying again.”

“DELIGHTED WITH OUR CHOICE OF IRONING BORD SOLD AT A VERY COMPETITIVE PRICE. iT WAS WELL PACKED. ONLY SLIGHT DISAPPOINTMENT WAS HAVAING TO WAIT FOR YOUR RENEWABLE STOCK -WE HAD THROWN OUR ANCIENT WELL USED IRONING BOARD AWAY IN LOCAL DUMP IN ANTICIPATION OF EARLIER DATE QUOTED.
