“The item I ordered was out of stock, but I was kept up to date via email, as to when it would be available. I was informed when the item was dispatched and was able to track the delivery process. I found the customer service to be second to none and would certainly recommend Barnitts.”

“I was very impressed with Barnitts. They let me know immediately that they were waiting for stock and within a few days, I got an email saying that it had been dispatched to me. “they dont seem to have much stock, so when ordering i found i had to wait two weeks for a kitchen bin. Really!? these days thats an obscenely long wait for a simple item.”

“It was good service and the only constructive criticism I can give is no choice was given of the colour of the rotary airer cover to arrive and this made me anxious that I wouldn't like it. I do like it but would have liked the assurance of this at the time of ordering.”

“I ordered two items, a fire guard and fireside tools. The tools arrived damaged within it's packaging and I was overall disappointed in the quality. This is therefore not a reflection on Barnitts. There customer team quickly exchanged them for a different set and arranged collection of the damaged set. Excellent service.”
