“This is a very lovely mug I am so pleased with it. I will be buying more especially as they would make fantastic presents. The first day I got it I was washing it and banged it quite hard on the tap but it is obviously very strong as it stayed in one piece. I would highly recommend this the clarity of the hares on the mug are beautiful. Thank you very much. Kind regards Mary Schofield”

“The two members of staff that I spoke to were very helpful and provided me with the information I required. I ordered the item required on Friday and on the following Monday it was delivered. I couldn't have asked for more.”

“Staff were always polite and helpful. Only complaint is much of the items I chose from the website were not in stock and I had to wait rather too long for them to be sent. Overall experience was favourable”

“Goods arrived as shown on tracker,which was very good. Had to wait a while for goods to be dispatched as item was out of stock. More frequent information regarding when the stock was due would have been better. Stock information should be available at time of order,but otherwise good company to deal with.”

“This order was very satisfactory, apart from one omission, the 'rabbit side' cookie cutter, which I understand was out of stock at the time and for which I was not charged . I was very pleased with the products when they arrived, carefully packed in bubble wrap. I was also warned by email of the imminent arrival. Was impressed overall with the products and the service. I shall look forward to ordering with Barnitts again.”

“Thankyou for your prompt and excellent delivery service. I have struggled to find an extra large ironing board cover that would fit my ironing board. Thankfully you supplied me with the perfect fit. I visit your store every time i am in York and always come away with something you cant always find elsewhere.”
